As a proud SIOP member, Wonderlic has submitted 12 proposals for consideration at their annual conference.

Want to know who gets as excited as we do about the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace? The premier group of researchers and members from SIOP, or Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, that’s who. Part of the American Psychological Association, they’re responsible for covering the dynamic field as it grows within the workplace.

And guess what? As a proud SIOP member, Wonderlic has submitted 12 proposals for consideration at their annual conference. We’ve relied on and contributed to the body of research that SIOP publishes to help organizations improve the well being and performance of their teams. And now we’re on a mission to take everyone’s knowledge a step further.

From the innovations that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning bring to the job analysis game to advice for new graduates and professionals, Wonderlic has created different presentations that discuss how I/O psychology has become a staple in the workplace. Our goal within Wonderlic is to provide insights about the best tools available now and the exciting innovations coming next. As scientific pre-employment assessment leaders in the HR field, we’re excited to throw our hats in the ring.

Being grounded in over 80 years of rigorous science, we’ve got a lot to add to SIOP’s conference curriculum- and we’re not the only ones who think so. Contributors from a number of fantastic organizations are taking part in our submissions – Walmart, Deloitte, Capital One, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Purdue University, University of Houston, PwC, Shaker, and SHL are collaborating with our teams to create content that pushes the boundaries and drives continuous improvement within the I/O Psychology field.

Our submissions vary- some are to be represented on a number of panels, symposiums, and debates; while others include a Master Tutorial led by our own Rossella Blatt. Each category requires a different level of research and understanding. The goal is to ensure that anyone can attend our presentations without feeling overwhelmed by the information. We invite you to come see for yourself.
