Alissa Bencks is our Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. In her role, Alissa leads Wonderlic’s efforts related to Talent Management, Performance, Culture, and Organizational Development. Alissa’s professional background is in Education, Management Consulting, and Sales. Alissa began her career as a teacher and curriculum director at Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Prior to joining Wonderlic, Alissa worked as a consultant at Accenture with a focus on learning programs, leadership development, and change management. Alissa joined Wonderlic in 2011 as a Sales Executive and was promoted to National Sales Manager in her third year with the company. In 2017, Alissa was promoted to her current position as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness.
