Alissa Bencks is our Chief People Officer. In her role, Alissa leads Wonderlic’s efforts related to Talent Management, Performance, Culture, and Organizational Development. Alissa’s professional background is in Education, Management Consulting, and Sales. Alissa began her career as a teacher and curriculum director at Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Prior to joining Wonderlic, Alissa worked as a consultant at Accenture with a focus on learning programs, leadership development, and change management. Alissa joined Wonderlic in 2011 as a Sales Executive and was promoted to National Sales Manager in her third year with the company. In 2015, she was promoted to Director of Organizational Effectiveness and was subsequently named Vice President of the function in 2017. Most recently, Alissa was promoted to her current position as Chief People Officer in 2019.
