Wonderlic Personnel Test—Revised (WPT-R)

The field testing for the new forms of the WPT has been completed with over 35,000 cases being collected over the course of the project. We are extremely thankful to those organizations that participated in this project. The results were very exciting,and we look forward to the release of five new forms for client use before the end of 2006. Watch for updates!

Wonderlic Productivity Index—Background Questionnaire (WPI-BQ)

Wonderlic has released a shortened version of the WPI with a new section that includes “Admissions” questions about past work behavior. The combined assessment has only 52 items and results are integrated to produce a single “Yes or No” score. Particularly useful for retail, manufacturing, and other entry level positions that involve safety risk or cash management.

Coming Soon: WPT Normative Study Results

Over the course of the past 50 years, Wonderlic has gathered the test scores of tens of thousands of job applicants to update our minimum score recommendations by job title. This results of our latest study bring to light some very important changes in the workforce. These changes represent a shift in the way that traditional methods of candidate qualification should be weighted. This report will be published in the third quarter of 2006.
