Capabilities

Wonderlic Data Exchange provides clients the ability to pass candidate data to and from Wonderlic Online as part of a seamless experience. Candidate data may include assessment results, demographic data, a unique candidate identifier, and test language preference (where appropriate).

Wonderlic Data Exchange benefits those clients who already have an existing applicant tracking system and want to integrate Wonderlic content and services into their process.

Standard Technical Platform

Development is needed on the client side to interface with the standard technical platform for Data Exchange:

• Data is exchanged using a secure data transfer over Web Services using HTTPS.
• Data exchange format is XML (Extensible Markup Language). Wonderlic provides specifications of the Data Exchange schema.
• XML notifications indicate when data is available or the data can be pulled on-demand.
• Wonderlic provides a staging environment for testing of the integration points.

Implementation Requirements

To utilize Wonderlica Data Exchange, the following implementation steps are required:

• The client and third party vendor (if applicable)provide appropriate technical resources necessary to work with Wonderlic’s technical team. A dedicated client technical resource is required for both the development phase and ongoing technical support.
• The client participates in a Needs Analysis with an assigned Wonderlic Client Solutions expert to collect of configuration specifications.
• The client participates in a Project Kickoff involving Wonderlic Integration Teams, and any relevant third party, to establish a mutual understanding regarding technical systems alignment.
• The client participates in a defined testing period with Wonderlic to confirm that WDE has been appropriately configured and to define an ongoing support agreement.
