Rick Betori, President

Rick Betori has over twenty years of sales, marketing, and business development experience. Prior to joining Wonderlic, Rick was Principal of INSinc Management Consulting, a Chicago-area consulting firm specializing in strategic consultation and sales process design.

Rick also spent twelve years with Siemens and Reliance Electric in various sales and marketing management positions where he played a major role in product introduction, strategic planning, resource planning/development and channel enhancement.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Rick served on several Senior Management Steering Committees with contributions guiding internal improvements that impacted nationwide markets.
