Charles F. Wonderlic, Jr. is President and CEO of Wonderlic, Inc. He is the third generation to lead this privately held company.

Mr. Wonderlic has successfully transformed the organization from a pre-employment test publisher to a full-service HR solutions provider with revenues 30 times greater than when he took over the company in 1986. “Wonderlic, Inc. offers the highest quality employment and educational assessment solutions in the industry, top-notch Industrial/Organizational consulting services and a technology that works.”

Charlie was the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Test Publishers in 2006 and is an active advocate for the testing industry. He has shared his views on the benefits of scientific employee selection and performance management on national television broadcasts including Dateline, Lifetime, CNN FN, Fox, 20/20 and ESPN; and in hundreds of newspaper, magazine and online articles.

Mr. Wonderlic received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, Ohio and his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has coached boys baseball for the past 11 years, is a founding member of the Libertyville High School Business Alliance and a board trustee for the Community High School District 128 Foundation for Learning.
