Greg has more than 13 years experience working with employee assessments and organizational surveys. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Luther College, and earned his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Greg has been employed by the Wonderlic Corporation since 1997 and currently directs the Wonderlic Survey Systems. During his tenure he has held numerous positions that include: Regional Sales Manager, Director of Employment Technology Implementation, and Director of Customer Service and Training.

His expertise includes organizational consulting, business development and task force initiatives. Greg was instrumental in the implementation of Wonderlic Survey products including: Employee Opinion, Customer Satisfaction, Wonderlic New Hire, Wonderlic Exit Interview, Multi-Source Feedback, and Education Surveys.

Greg has presented at the national conventions of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Career College Association. He has also been a guest speaker for the NY State Coalition of Career Schools and the Minnesota School Board Leadership Conference.
