Jennifer Garrow, M.S., Strategist

With Wonderlic since 1999, Ms. Garrow’s position involves partnering with clients on consulting projects and technical services centered around optimizing human resource systems.

Jennifer has been instrumental in the development of customized, integrated selection and performance management solutions for some of Wonderlic’s largest clients including Fortune 500 financial, healthcare, and media organizations.

Ms. Garrow’s experience incorporates a wide range of human resource concerns including recruiting, assessment, performance management, organizational effectiveness, as well as training and development.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
