Wonderlic Adds Well-Known Expert David W. Arnold, Ph.D., J.D., to its Management Team

Wonderlic, Inc., a premiere provider of employment recruiting, assessment and retention solutions, announces today that David W. Arnold, Ph.D., J.D., has joined the Wonderlic management team as Corporate Counsel.
Dr. Arnold’s primary expertise is with legal issues concerning privacy, negligent hiring, employment testing and equal employment opportunity matters. He also serves as General Counsel for the Association of Test Publishers. In this capacity, Dr. Arnold has testified on many occasions before various legislative committees on issues related to testing.

Dr. Arnold’s background includes more than 15 years in a leadership role at Reid Psychological Systems and its successor Reid London House. He has experience with civic and academic organizations, in addition to corporate assignments with Supermarkets General Corporation and United Airlines. He holds a J.D. from Loyola University Law School and a Ph.D. in industrial psychology from the University of Nebraska. He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Labor and Employment Law and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (“SIOP”). David is Past Chair of the American Psychological Association’s Committee on Legal Issues and currently serves on the State Affairs Committee of SIOP. He has also written numerous articles regarding testing and employment law/legislation.
