Wonderlic Tools a Winning Combination for School
In an effort to improve the hiring process for personnel and adjunct faculty at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, president Dorene Petersen implemented Wonderlic’s employee assessment tools.

ACHS uses Wonderlic’s four step Talent Acquisition System, a customized employee pre-screening questionnaire, the Wonderlic Personnel Test - Quicktest, the Wonderlic Comprehensive Personality Profile, and the Wonderlic Personnel Test - Revised. Job applicants at ACHS complete Wonderlic’s testing to measure their knowledge, skills, and ability to meet specific job requirements.
Used together, the tests create a powerful, customizable assessment of a candidate’s ability to be successful in a job.

Using the combination of assessments gives Peterson confidence she’ll find those traits in her applicant pool. Another benefit of using the Wonderlic system, she says, is the efficiency and time savings involved in pre-screening applicants.
“By pre-screening applicants before the interview process, we are better able to streamline the hiring process by pre-organizing the information needed from each candidate to help select the most appropriate hire,” she notes.
