Description
The WPI-BQ is designed for entry-level employees, and helps you determine whether an individual is motivated to work responsibly. It provides and overall assessment of an individual’s general productivity and work motivation. The WPI-BQ also provides important information about the risk you can expect from each candidate.
The WPI-BQ was developed by Big 5 research experts Murray Barrick, Ph.D. and Michael Mount, Ph.D., as well as David Arnold, Ph.D., J.D. and David Waldschmidt, Ph.D.
Content
The WPI-BQ helps measure three core attributes:
- Conscientiousness - the tendency to be hard working, dependable, efficient and achievement striving
- Stability - the tendency to handle stress effectively, maintain an even temperament and have a high degree of composure and self-confidence
- Agreeableness - the tendency to be courteous, helpful, trusting, good-natured, cooperative, tolerant and forgiving
