Wonderlic Interactive Skills Evaluations (WISE) simulate telephone calls and client support software for call center positions. Scenarios within this work-sample test require test takers to listen to callers, locate and record important information in a computer system and choose appropriate responses and actions. Knowledge and behavior are both measured in these compelling call center tests.
