Description
The EQ helps measure strengths and weaknesses in key managerial personality traits to determine whether an individual has a creative, entrepreneurial management style or a more traditional, operational management style. This leadership skills test can be used in workforce development and pre-employment testing.
Content
The EQ is a profiling assessment system that compares an individual’s personality and managerial style to those of successful entrepreneurs and to successful corporate operations executives.
