Choosing the IDEAL Response: Respond in the first column (labeled IDEAL) by putting yourself into the shoes of the Ideal/Perfect candidate for the position for which you are applying and respond the way you feel this person would respond to each statement.
Choosing the REAL Response: Respond in the second column (labeled REAL) by describing yourself and your feelings. Do not attempt to cover-up your weaknesses or exaggerate your strengths.
