Dr. Murray Barrick and Dr. Mick Mount, partners in the development of Wonderlic’s PCI, WPI, and WPI-BQ, will be receiving the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology’s (SIOP) 2009 Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award.
This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the science of industrial and organizational psychology. The winners have demonstrated the most distinguished empirical and/or theoretical scientific contributions to the field of I-O psychology. The setting in which the nominee made the contributions (i.e., industry, academia, government) is not relevant.

The recipient of the award is given a plaque and a cash prize of $1,500. In addition, the recipient is invited to give an address that relates to his or her contributions at the subsequent meeting of SIOP.
