Pitfalls of Using Credit Checks in the Hiring Process

Over the course of the last few decades credit checks have somehow become a common hiring tool for companies of all sizes. New! Online Personality Assessments in Spanish

Did you know? With 329 million native speakers, Spanish ranks as the world's No. 2 language in terms of how many people speak it as their first language. It is slightly ahead of English (328 million), but far behind Chinese (1.2 billion). Wonderlic is pleased to offer the following online assessments in Standard Spanish for test takers:
The Wonderlic Five-Factor Personality Profile predicts successful job performance using five primary dimensions of personality: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Stability and Openness to Experience. It forecasts important workplace behavior and compares your candidates to occupational personality types.
The Wonderlic Seven-Factor Personality Profile is particularly effective for positions requiring significant client interaction such as customer service, telemarketing and sales. It measures seven primary traits: Emotional Intensity, Intuition, Recognition Motivation, Sensitivity, Assertiveness, Trust and Exaggeration.
The Wonderlic Behavioral Risk Profile quickly measures important personality traits for entry-level positions. This test assesses an individual’s willingness to perform productively and cooperatively on the job, and avoid engaging in counterproductive behavior.
