Job Analysis - In order to identify the core competencies required for success, Wonderlic has reviewed the tasks and duties of six specific job functions for post-secondary schools. These functions are: Accountant, Administrative, Admissions Representative, Facilities Worker, Faculty and Financial Aid Specialist. From this review, Wonderlic created pre-screening tools, identified assessments, and created structured behavioral interviews for each job function. Each of these tools helps measure an applicant's ability to meet the specific job requirements for each function.

Prescreening Questionnaire & Selection Assessments - Linked directly to a school's career site, third-party job board, or through email invitation, these questions help quickly identify applicants with the necessary minimum job qualifications. Wonderlic recommends the assessments and scoring ranges to be consistent with the requirements of each of the post-secondary education functions.
